Начало строительства БЦ 9 Акров начинается в 2003 году. предлагает снять в аренду офисы напрямую. В результате процесса реконструкции, осуществленной в две тысячи десятом, так же стал отвечать высшему классу. Общая квадратура составляет 34 000 кв.м. занимает несколько наземных этажей с возможностью эксплуатировать кровлю и подземный холл. Современные формы и линии, бесподобный дизайн с применением панорамного остекления объективно отличает комплекс от своих соседей. Этот бц демонстрируется современным зданием, осуществленный в постмодернизм‎е. Внутренне оформление подобает внешней представительности: интерьер украшают камин, фонтаны, рояль, роскошные люстры, картины. Стандартные потолки, атриумы создают ощущение простора. Аренда офисов бизнес-центра 9 Акров Фаза 2 происходит по 11-месячному договору, с дальнейшей пролонгацией.
